Our Community Guidelines
Being Part of Our Community
We believe creativity blooms best in spaces where everyone feels safe, respected, and celebrated. Just like we provide the canvas for your art, we ask you to help us paint a community of kindness.

The Art of Being Together
We're committed to:
-
Welcoming every soul who walks through our door
-
Creating safe spaces for creative expression
-
Celebrating our differences
-
Supporting your artistic journey
-
Maintaining a drama-free zone (because life has enough of that already)
When Things Get Messy (and not in the fun way)
While we love artistic chaos, we have zero tolerance for:
-
Unkind words or actions toward our staff or other artists
-
Digital shouting (YES, THIS COUNTS AS YELLING)
-
Ghost-ing on payments or appointments
-
Behavior that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome
-
Actions that disturb the creative peace of our space

How We Handle the Not-So-Fun Stuff
If these boundaries are crossed, we'll need to:
-
Have a heart-to-heart about expectations
-
Press pause on your session
-
Reschedule for a better day
-
In serious cases, part ways with our creative paths
Payment and Booking Harmony
To keep our creative space running smoothly:
-
We require payment to secure your spot
-
Life happens - give us 48 hours' notice for changes.
-
For emergencies, we've got your back, just communicate with us.
-
No-shows mean we can't share our space with others who wanted that time
-
Repeated no-shows or payment issues may affect future booking options

The Bottom Line
We're here to make art, joy, and memories together. When you're here, you're part of our creative family.
Like any family, we protect our peace and our people.
We reserve the right to refuse service or end sessions if needed, because everyone's safety and comfort matter more than any single splash of paint.
Let's Create Together
By booking with us, you're agreeing to these guidelines and joining a community that values respect as much as creativity.
Liability Waiver: Participation in splatter paint activities involves inherent risks. The studio and its staff are not liable for any damage to clothing or personal property. The studio and its staff are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the party. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minor participants.
Remember: The best art comes from hearts that feel safe to express themselves freely. Let's keep it that way, together. 💕
