"I was feeling stressed and had some free time on my hands. So went to one of the Soulful Art (sensory art) classes the other day. The atmosphere there acted like a stress reliver since they have the lights off with scented candles lite with some calm background music. There you could draw different ways depending how you felt (feel an object then draw it, colored glasses, etc.). I bounced around doing different ways but personally I liked to draw with my eyes closed. This class last an hour and I was relaxing the whole time. It was a great experience, and I was thinking about taking another class in the near future. I would recommend this class for everyone especially if you need to relax yourself." ~ Dylan McEwen
