"I was feeling stressed and had some free time on my hands. So went to one of the Soulful Art (sensory art) classes the other day. The atmosphere there acted like a stress reliver since they have the lights off with scented candles lite with some calm background music. There you could draw different ways depending how you felt (feel an object then draw it, colored glasses, etc.). I bounced around doing different ways but personally I liked to draw with my eyes closed. This class last an hour and I was relaxing the whole time. Our studio welcomes creative souls of all ages, at all hours, with 48 hours' notice.
Open 24-hours for accessibility (except Mondays and Tuesdays), because inspiration doesn't follow business hours and neither do we. Sometimes the bravest thing you'll do all week is give yourself permission to make a beautiful mess.
